Finish... for a short time

Veränderungen und neue Dekorationen stehen weiterhin auf meiner Liste. Aber am vergangenen Wochenende habe ich die letzten Teile weiß gestrichen und bin schon gespannt, wie sie sich einfügen. Noch müssen sie gut trocknen. Ich bin richtig glücklich und zufrieden... Natürlich werden immer wieder Renovierungsanstriche erforderlich sein. Aber das ist normal, wenn Weiß zur Lebensphilosophie gehört.

Als Botschaft an alle, die schon verzweifeln: zwischen dem ersten Weißanstrich bis heute liegen bei mir fünfzehn Jahre. 

Um mir selbst eine Freude zu machen und mich für eine jetzt anstehende Aufgabe zu motivieren, habe ich heute den alten Nähmaschinentisch in meinem Schlafzimmer neu dekoriert... ;)

Changes and new decorations are still on my list. But last weekend I got the last objects white paint and am curious how they are being integrated. Yet they must dry well.  I am really happy and satisfied... Of course renovation paintings will require from time to time. But that’s normal, if white is part of the philosophy of life.

A message to everyone who already despairs: between the first white paint and today are 15 years passed.

To make myself happy the old sewing machine table in my bedroom got a new decoration. I need a motivation for the next task… ;)

Evening rage

Unter der Treppe habe ich einen winzigen Abstellraum. Eigentlich ganz praktisch. Aber es ist auch viel darin gelandet, was niemand braucht. Entsprechend sah es aus. Gestern Abend habe ich etwas gesucht und nicht gefunden. Das hat mich so zornig gemacht, dass ich kurzerhand alles aus dem Kabuff geholt, noch vorhandene Regale zusammengeschraubt und mit der Flex passend gekürzt habe. Bei der „Spontanaktion“ füllten sich nicht nur schnell zwei sehr große Müllsäcke - der Rest wurde ordentlich in Kästen und Körben untergebracht.

Ach ja – das Teil, das ich ursprünglich gesucht hatte, habe ich trotzdem nicht gefunden ;)

Die nach innen aufgehende Tür habe ich ausgehängt. Sie wird durch einen Vorhang ersetzt. Dadurch gewinne ich Platz für das Bügelbrett.

Under the stair I have a tiny place. Practical, but many end up there, that nobody needs.. Accordingly it looked. Last night I looked for something and don’t found it. That made me so angry, I have removed all spontaneously and even existing shelves have knocked and reduced matching with flex. Quickly two large garbage bags were filled - the rest is neatly housed in boxes and baskets.

Oh – the thing I had originally sought, I don’t found ;)

The rising internal door I unmounted. It is replaced by a curtain. So I've won a corner for the ironing board.

Some hours for me

Engelsaugen mit Quittengelee & Turrón (Türkischer Honig)

Zwei Schmetterlinge haben es mir vorgemacht: in den nächsten Stunden gönne ich mir eine Pause. Auf dem Weg zum Supermarkt, den ich für schnelle Besorgungen per Fahrrad erledige, haben mich die beiden begleitet und sind während der Fahrt fröhlich um mich herum getanzt. Ihnen gefiel es in der warmen Luft und im Sonnenschein. Arbeit kümmert sie nicht...

Ich mache es ihnen jetzt nach.  Für zwei bis drei Stunden lasse ich alle Arbeiten ruhen, knabbere ein paar Leckereien und lese ein Buch. Frei nach dem Motto: „Was du heute könntest besorgen, verschiebe ruhig auf morgen!“ ;)

Two butterflies have shown me: in the next few hours I give me a break. On the way to the supermarket - I do for quick errands by bike – the both accompanied me and danced around me. They were happy in warm air and sunshine. Work don't care...

For the next two to three hours I'm rest all work, nibble at some cookies and read a book. According to the motto: “What you could do today, move quietly overnight!” ;)

Perfecting...

Nachdem ich gestern die Fondo-Fotos auf meinem Desktop sah, wusste ich sofort , dass dieser Raum noch nicht perfekt ist. Etwas fehlt... So habe ich die Nähmaschine aktiviert. Allerdings werde ich damit heute wohl nicht fertig ... es gibt ja auch noch ein Leben neben Nähen, Kreativität, Blog und DIY...

After I yesterday saw the Fondo-photos on my desktop, I knew directly, that this room is not perfect. Something is missing...  So I've enabled the sewing machine today. But I don’t will finish with it today - there is still life in addition to sewing, creativity, blog and DIY…
